Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for catalyzed synthesis of a chiral α-aminophosphonic acid derivative with a cinchona alkaloid derivative. Particularly, the present invention provides a method for catalyzed synthesis of a chiral α-aminophosphonic acid derivative with a cinchona alkaloid derivative, comprising the following step: obtaining a chiral α-aminophosphonic acid derivative represented by formula III with an imine intermediate represented by formula II under the action of a cinchona alkaloid derivative catalyst.
