A compound formulation for preventing viral infection, and formulation/usage methods and an application thereof. The compound formulation comprises formulation A and formulation B; formulation A comprises: chitosan, phenoxyethanol, and a buffer solution; and formulation B comprises fucoidan, phenoxyethanol, and a buffer solution. The usage method of the compound formulation comprises: first administering formulation A comprising chitosan and then administering formulation B comprising fucoidan.
