Abstract:
The present application provides the use of a PDE4 inhibitor (e.g., a compound as shown in formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof) in the preparation of a drug for reducing uric acid levels and preventing uric acid levels from becoming elevated in an individual, and for treating, preventing or alleviating diseases, disorders or conditions associated with elevated uric acid levels (e.g., gout and hyperuricemia) in an individual.
