Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a compound solar cell module comprises a plurality of compound solar cells arranged by partially overlapping each other in an overlap region, and the plurality of compound solar cells comprises: a compound semiconductor layer, first and second electrodes respectively formed on the front surface and the rear surface of the compound semiconductor layer; and a carrier film having a conductive joint part electrically connected to the second electrode, and formed entirely on the second electrode, and is formed such that the plurality of neighboring compound solar cells are electrically and physically connected by the conductive joint part arranged in the overlap region.
