Abstract:
A compression-type thick-walled pipe fitting for a thick-walled pipe. The pipe fitting comprises a pressing socket (1), a pipe insertion socket (2) and a pipe end limiting portion (3), wherein the pressing socket (1) is arranged on the side of the pipe insertion socket (2) that is close to a pipe insertion hole, a pipe wall of the pipe fitting is a thick wall made of mild steel, and the rheological strength of the mild steel is equal to or less than 310 N/mm2; and a pipe wall of the pressing socket (1) is at least not thinner than pipe walls of other portions of the pipe fitting. By using a new material and a new structure, the present invention solves the problems in a compression-type thick-walled pipe fitting for a thick-walled pipe of diameter being difficult to reduce, same being high in cost, and premature erosion of a pipe wall that is clamped and damaged by teeth.
