Abstract:
According to the present invention, there is applied a computer system in which the circuit area is made smaller and power consumption is reduced. The present invention is a computer system having a computer node that includes a processor and a NAND storage device having a three-dimensional structure. Moreover, the NAND storage device having a three-dimensional structure has a first string and a second string each having different blocks. The first string has a first memory cell, and the second string has a second memory cell. A controller receives first data and a signal including a command to write the first data, whereby the first data is written to the first memory cell. Moreover, the controller then reads the first data from the first memory cell and writes the first data to the second memory cell. The computer node can thereby have a structure lacking main memory such as DRAM.
