Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a concentration measurement method, system, and apparatus for water and fat components, and an electronic device. The method comprises: obtaining an optical absorption coefficient of a light source that has at least two wavelengths and irradiates a sample to be measured, wherein the wavelengths of the light source having the at least two wavelengths are not greater than 1,000 nm; obtaining an extinction coefficient of water under the irradiation of the light source having the at least two wavelengths, and an extinction coefficient of fat under the irradiation of the light source having the at least two wavelengths; and on the basis of the optical absorption coefficient of the light source that has the at least two wavelengths and irradiates said sample, the extinction coefficient of the water under the irradiation of the light source having the at least two wavelengths, and the extinction coefficient of the fat under the irradiation of the light source having the at least two wavelengths, respectively determining the concentration of the water in said sample and the concentration of the fat in said sample.
