Abstract:
A conductive box (5) and a scissor-type isolation switch. The conductive box comprises a housing and a transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism comprises a power input shaft (11), a driving crank arm (15), connecting rods (18, 19), an eccentric shaft (24), and a locking nut (30); the power input shaft (11) is adapted to be transmittingly connected to a rotary insulator (4); the driving crank arm (15) is transmittingly connected to the power input shaft (11), and has the rotation axis collinear with the axis of the power input shaft (11); the eccentric shaft (24) is fixedly connected to the driving crank arm (15), comprises a threaded adjustment section (25) threadedly connected to the driving crank arm (15), and further comprises an eccentric section (26) and a threaded locking section (29); the axis of the eccentric section (26) is parallel to the axis of the threaded adjustment section (25); the threaded locking section (29) and the eccentric section (26) are respectively located on the two axial sides of the threaded adjustment section (25); the locking nut (30) is screwed on a shaft section, passing through a threaded through hole (33), of the threaded locking section (29); the connecting rod (18) is hinged to the eccentric section. The conductive box (5) is used for solving the problem in the prior art of the possibility of being unable to adjust the clamping force of a moving contact (8) to a stationary contact (9) in place because a fixed part and a hinged part of the driving crank arm (15) can only be adjusted in steps.
