Abstract:
Disclosed is a conductive crucible high-temperature evaporator heated by a plasma transferred arc. The conductive crucible high-temperature evaporator comprises a housing, a conductive crucible, a transferred arc gun and a power supply, wherein the conductive crucible is composed of a crucible body and a crucible cover; an air intake cavity is provided in the bottom wall of the crucible body, one side of the air intake cavity is in communication with an inner cavity of the crucible body by means of a plurality of carrier gas input preheating channels, and end portions of a plurality of air guide channels connected to the other side of the air intake cavity extend to the outer side of the housing; a conductive rod is connected between the bottom of the crucible body and the bottom of the housing; and the transferred arc gun is mounted above the housing, and the lower end of the transferred arc gun extends to the inner side of the crucible cover. The present utility model has a simple structure and a high internal heating temperature, and is suitable for being used when materials with high boiling points are prepared into powder.
