Abstract:
A cooling-type solid-liquid separation apparatus for a magnetic powder. The cooling-type solid-liquid separation apparatus comprises a feeding tank (1), a storage tank (2), a clarifying tank (3), a feeding pipe (4), a scraper (8), a magnetic roller body (6), a sealing protective cover (14) and a support (15), wherein the feeding pipe (4) is mounted above an intersection of the storage tank (2) and the feeding tank (1); the feeding pipe (4) is provided with a feeding port (4.1) in the radial direction, and several overflow pipes (5) are arranged above the feeding pipe (4); the scraper (8) is located above the storage tank (2) and the feeding tank (1); the magnetic roller body (6) and the feeding tank (1) are arranged at an interval; and an end of the clarifying tank (3) is in communication with an end of the storage tank (2). The apparatus is simple and convenient to operate, and can be kept in a sealed state for operation, thereby reducing solvent volatilization.
