Abstract:
Provided is a conductive roll for electrophotographic apparatuses, which comprises a surface layer that suppresses bleeding of a base layer component and achieves a uniform resistance by improving the dispersibility of a conductive agent.
A conductive roll 10 for electrophotographic apparatuses, which comprises a shaft body 12, an elastic layer 14 that is formed on the outer circumference of the shaft body 12, and a surface layer 16 that is formed on the outer circumference of the elastic layer 14, and wherein the surface layer 16 contains the following components (A)-(D).
(A) one or more resins selected from among fluororesins and fluorine-modified acrylic resins
(B) carbon black
(C) an ester-based polymer dispersant
(D) a sulfonic acid-based dispersant
