Abstract:
A connecting rod testing system, comprising a hardness measuring device (2), a weighing device (41), a feeding mechanism, a carrying mechanism (7), a moving mechanism (8) and a laser detection system (9). The feeding mechanism comprises a first set of feeding mechanisms (6) and a second set of feeding mechanisms (10); and the carrying mechanism (7) comprises a first set of carrying devices (711) and a second set of carrying devices (712). Further provided is a connecting rod testing method. The hardness, weight, workpiece size, character and the like of a connecting rod are tested by means of the connecting rod testing system. A hardness sorting and removing device (3) may remove connecting rods having non-conforming hardness detected by the hardness measuring device (2); and a weight removing device one (51) and a weight removing device two (52) remove overweight and underweight connecting rods detected by the weighing device (41), respectively.
