Abstract:
A detection device of a connecting rod detection system and a detection method therefor. The detection device comprises a moving mechanism (8) and a laser detection system (9); the moving mechanism (8) comprises a moving mechanism sliding rail (809), a support plate (801), and a support piece (804); the support plate (801) is slidably provided on the moving mechanism sliding rail (809) and is driven by a support plate air cylinder; two moving mechanism clamping jaws (805) are symmetrically provided on the left and right sides of the upper portion of the support plate (801); each moving mechanism clamping jaw (805) comprises a first moving mechanism clamping jaw connecting rod (806) provided in the direction from the head end to the tail end of the moving mechanism and a second moving mechanism clamping jaw connecting rod (807) perpendicularly connected to same; and the second moving mechanism clamping jaw connecting rods (807) of the two moving mechanism clamping jaws face each other. Further provided is a detection method for the detection device of the connecting rod detection system. The moving mechanism works in conjunction with the laser detection system, so that measurement of the size of the connecting rod, defect detection, and character recognition can be efficiently and accurately implemented.
