A connection structure and a plate assembly employing the connection structure. The connection structure comprises a connection base (10) and a support frame (20). The connection base (10) is provided thereon with a first clamping groove (11), and the support frame (20) comprises an elastic fastener (30), a sliding member (50), and a push-pull member (40) for driving the sliding member (50) to slide. The sliding member (50) is slidably arranged in the elastic fastener (30). One end of the elastic fastener (30) forms snap ends (32), and the other end forms a fixed end (31). The sliding member (50) slides from the fixed end (31) to the snap ends (32), the snap ends (32) transition from retracting and closing to being away from each other, and the sliding member (50) and the elastic fastener (30) are clamped and locked in the first clamping groove (11). The sliding member (50) slides from the snap ends (32) to the fixed end (31), and the snap ends (32) transition from being away from each other to retracting and closing, so that the elastic fastener (30) is separated from the connection base (10). The present connection structure is convenient to use and may be disassembled without the aid of tools.
