Abstract:
An arm device (10) is constructed by connecting a base arm (13), intermediate arms (15, 17), and an end arm (19) by means of connection units (14, 16, 18). The connection units allow the arms to rotate in one direction and restrict the arms from rotating in the other direction. By operating lock-releasing levers (21, 22, 23) provided on the respective connection units, the arms are allowed to rotate in the other direction.
