Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to suppress backlash between a housing of a connector and a hood of a counterpart connector and prevent a seal member from coming off, by a simple configuration. A connector device (10) comprises a connector (20), and a counterpart connector (30) that can be fitted to the connector (20) from the front. The counterpart connector (30) has a cylindrical hood (33). The connector (20) has a housing (40) that is provided with a housing body (41) to be fitted into the hood (33), and a seal member (60) that is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the housing body (41) and closely adheres to the hood (33). A protrusion (90) that fills a gap between the housing body (41) and the hood (33) is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the housing body (41). The protrusion (90) can face the seal member (60) and come into contact therewith from the front side.
