Abstract:
The present invention is a curable perfluoropolyether gel composition that provides a perfluoropolyether gel cured product, the composition containing (A) 10-90 parts by mass of a straight-chain perfluoropolyether compound having two or more intramolecular alkenyl groups and not having a branching structure in the main chain; (B) 10-90 parts by mass of a straight-chain perfluoropolyether compound not having an intramolecular reactive functional group (the total of component (A) and component (B) is 100 parts by mass); (C) an effective curing amount of organohydrogen polysiloxane having two or more intramolecular SiH groups; and (D) a catalyzing amount of a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, wherein the viscosity of the composition is 1000 mPa・s or less and the resin modulus is 0.1-200 kPa・s. A curable perfluoropolyether gel composition is thus provided which provides a cured product having outstanding heat resistance, etc., and good bubble release due to low viscosity prior to curing.
