Abstract:
Provided is a connector with which it is possible to improve workability during fitting to a counterpart-side connector. A housing (11) comprises a first member (16) supporting a slider (14) serving as a lever member, and a second member (17) which accommodates a sealing member (15) so as to be sandwiched in a front-rear direction in an accommodating space (25) formed between the first member (16) and the second member (17). The second member (17) has a pressed portion (29). The lever member has a pressing portion (65) which comes into contact with the pressed portion (29) and presses the second member (17) in a direction causing a front-rear dimension of the accommodating space (25) to contract. The pressed portion (29) is disposed in a disengaged state with respect to the lever member until coming into contact with the pressing portion (65) during a displacement process.
