Abstract:
This construction machine is provided with a hydraulic shovel (1), a rotating base (3), an engine (6), a cooling unit (21), an air inlet opening (30), an upper air outlet opening (31), a lower air outlet opening (32), and an exhaust gas post-processing device (20). The air inlet opening (30) is an opening formed in a side surface of the rotating base (3) and introduces cooling air flow into the engine room (11) by means of a cooling fan (21a). The upper air outlet opening (31) is formed in an engine hood (22) covering the upper surface of the rotating base (3). The lower air outlet opening (32) is formed in the bottom surface of the rotating base (3). The exhaust gas post-processing device (20) is disposed in the flow path for the cooling air flow at a position downstream of the engine (6) and leads the cooling air flow to the upper air outlet opening (31) and the lower air outlet opening (32).
