Abstract:
A construction method for an outward expansion pipe in a drill hole in a goaf, comprising the following steps: step S1, laying out for construction and cleaning the site; step S2, drilling a starting hole by means of a drilling rig, and drilling with a variable diameter into a first goaf layer (10); step S3, placing an outward expansion pipe (1) into the first goaf layer by means of the drill hole, the cross section of the outward expansion pipe being a specially shaped pipe, and the outward expansion pipe being placed along the axis of the drill hole into the first goaf; step S4, using an outward expansion drill bit (2) to expand the outward expansion tube; step S5, continuing drilling into a next goaf layer, and repeating the operations in step S2 to step S4 in the next goaf layer until the position of the target goaf is drilled into; and S6, joining a grouting pipe (3) to the drill hole, and injecting a grout into the target goaf. The present construction method effectively saves material waste on non-treated layers, saves large quantities of grouting materials and steel pipes, reduces construction costs, and shortens the construction period.
