Abstract:
A construction method for a spatial aggregate reinforced 3D printed concrete structure, comprising: selecting a structural member, performing mechanical analysis, and determining the basic usage amount and a printing and braiding process of an embedded rib material or braided rope/wire material; determining the type, positioning and amount of admixture of a spatial aggregate; preparing a 3D printing material; editing an electromagnetic signal and positioning pushing program of the spatial aggregate according to the selected positioning and amount of admixture of the rigid spatial aggregate; and extruding out the 3D printing material and the embedded rib material or braided rope/wire material along a printing and braiding process path, simultaneously uniformly scattering the rigid spatial aggregate, achieving inter-spatial aggregate linkage and linkage between the spatial aggregate and the rib material or the rope material or wire material respectively, and constructing layer by layer before superposing, hardening and molding to achieve formation by means of one process; or forming the spatial aggregate reinforced 3D printed concrete structure after segmented printing. By means of the described construction method, a continuous reinforced spatial aggregate may be formed, the performance of the concrete structure space under stress is effectively improved, and the tensile strength and crack resistance of the concrete structure space are improved.
