Abstract:
Provided are a contact device, an electromagnetic relay, and an electric apparatus with which it is possible to stabilize a connection state between a movable contact and a fixed contact when an abnormal current has flowed. The contact device (1) is provided with a bus bar (21, 22) which includes at least one electrical path piece among a reverse-direction electrical path piece and a forward-direction electrical path piece which extend in the direction of a current flowing through a movable contact element (8). The reverse-direction electrical path piece is such that, when the movable contact element (8) is positioned in closed position, the movable contact element (8) is positioned between the reverse-direction electrical path piece and a fixed contact (311, 321) in the direction of movement of the movable contact element (8). The direction of the current flowing through the reverse-direction electrical path piece is opposite to that of the current flowing through the movable contact element (8). The forward-direction electrical path piece, when the movable contact element (8) is positioned in closed position, is positioned on the same side as the fixed contact (311, 321) with respect to the movable contact element (8) in the direction of movement of the movable contact element (8). The direction of the current flowing through the forward-direction electrical path piece is the same as that of the current flowing through the movable contact element (8).
