A container seal detection system and apparatus according to the present invention includes: a transmission and reception unit having an antenna disposed in the hinge part of a container door for wireless communication; a seal examination sensor contacting the container door when the container door is opened and closed so as to detect whether the container door is open or closed; a control unit which performs control such that information on the opening and closing of the container door, which is received from the seal examination sensor, is transmitted through the transmission and reception unit; and a main body fixedly attached to the inner surface of the container side wall. According to the present invention, the opening and closing of the container door can be examined in real time.
