Abstract:
The present invention relates to an idling system. The present invention includes: a handle portion having a manual handle that has a first pivot shaft at one end thereof and a connecting bar, one end of which is connected in the vicinity of the first pivot shaft of the manual handle; a gear plate having a projecting portion which is connected to the other end of the connecting bar and which is inserted into a second pivot shaft; and a charging unit having a charging gear which is positioned on the side surface of the gear plate and which has an idling section without gear teeth, a gear unit which is positioned on the side surface of the charging gear and which has a charging cam, the shape of which is radially expandable, a charging frame which has a roller connected to the charging cam and a third pivot shaft connected to the central portion at one end thereof, and an input spring which is connected to the other end of the charging frame.
