Abstract:
The present invention provides a contamination preventing agent composition that has a sufficiently excellent contamination prevention effect and sustainability thereof. The present invention is a contamination preventing agent composition which is provided in a drying part D of a papermaking process and used, said contamination preventing agent composition being an emulsion containing a silicone-based oil that is liquid at room temperature, an aqueous medium that is liquid at room temperature, and a dispersant that is for dispersing the silicone-based oil in the aqueous medium, wherein: the aqueous medium comprises water and a polyalcohol dissolved in the water; the boiling point of the polyalcohol is higher than 100°C; the content of the silicone-based oil with respect to 1 part by mass of the polyalcohol is 0.5-50 parts by mass; the content of water with respect to 1 part by mass of the polyalcohol is 25-300 parts by mass, and the content of the dispersant with respect to 1 part by mass of the polyalcohol is 0.1-50 parts by mass.
