Abstract:

Disclosed is a continuous carbonization system, comprising a feeding machine, a carbonization smoldering system, a dust collection and extraction system, a steam generation system, a cooling system and a purification system. The carbonization smoldering system comprises a carbonization heating device, and an indirect water-cooling carbon output machine, wherein the feeding machine inputs raw materials into a material inlet of the carbonization heating device, and an inlet of the indirect water-cooling carbon output machine is connected to a material outlet of the carbonization heating device. The dust collection and extraction system comprises a dry dust collector, a draught fan, a wood tar extraction machine and a wood vinegar extraction machine. The steam generation system comprises a steam generator. The cooling system comprises a cooling tower, a large cooling water tank and a water pump. The purification system comprises a combustible gas recovery and emission combustion device and a filtering bubble purification tower. The continuous carbonization system has the advantages of a wide application range, flexible use, requiring few operators, occupying a small area and being energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and recovering combustible gas and using a wood tar combustion device can also save on the combustion costs required by production.
