Abstract:

Provided is a microwave low-temperature vacuum dryer, comprising a support frame (1), a vacuum tank body (2) provided with a quick-open cover (21), a microwave emitter (3), a Roots blower (42), a vacuum pump (9), a condensation system (4), a water cooling system (5), and a buffering system (6). The vacuum tank body (2) is fixed on the support frame (1), several microwave emitters (3) are provided on the vacuum tank body (2), and the microwave emitters (3) emit microwaves into the vacuum tank body (2). An inlet of the vacuum pump (9) is connected to the vacuum tank body (2). The condensation system (4) comprises a condenser (41), an inlet of the condenser (41) is connected to the vacuum tank body (2), an inlet of the Roots blower (42) is connected to an outlet of the condenser (41), and an outlet of the Roots blower (42) is connected to the vacuum tank body (2). The water cooling system (5) is used for cooling the condenser (41), and the water cooling system (5) comprises a first circulation water pump (51), an ice water tank (52), an ice water machine (53), and a second circulation water pump (54), wherein an inlet of the first circulation water pump (51) is connected to the condenser (41), an outlet of the first circulation water pump (51) is connected to the ice water tank (52), the ice water tank (52) is connected to an inlet of the ice water machine (53), an outlet of the ice water machine (53) is connected to an inlet of the second circulation water pump (54), and an outlet of the second circulation water pump (54) is connected to the condenser (41). The buffering system (6) comprises a condensed water buffering bucket (61) and a condensed water collecting bucket (65), wherein the condensed water buffering bucket (61) is connected to the condenser (41), and the condensed water buffering bucket (61) is connected to the condensed water collecting bucket (65). The microwave low-temperature vacuum dryer saves on energy, is environmentally friendly, has a low production cost, and has a high drying efficiency.
