Abstract:
Provided are a continuous solid organic matter pyrolysis polygeneration system and method for use thereof, the pyrolysis polygeneration system primarily comprising: a drying furnace (11), a pyrolysis furnace (12), a cooling furnace (13), an exhaust gas treatment system (23), a fuel gas treatment system (22), and a protective gas circulation system (21), in cooperation with one another, thus achieving the rational use of energy on multiple levels; the invention is suitable for continuous and rapid pyrolytic carbonization of various types of solid organic matter in actual production, achieves polygeneration of coke, pyroligneous liquor, and tar simultaneously, and enables maximum utilization of overall heat quantity by means of process optimization.
