A control amplification method and circuit, a sensitive amplifier and a semiconductor memory. The method comprises: receiving a preset instruction, and determining an isolation power value and a control instruction signal according to the preset instruction (S401); generating an isolation control signal according to the isolation power value and the control instruction signal (S402); an amplification circuit receiving the isolation control signal and a target signal to be processed according to the preset instruction, processing said signal, and completing the preset instruction (S403).
