Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of new materials. Provided are a directly weldable metal composite ink and a preparation method therefor, and an electronic device. The metal composite ink provided in the present application comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-8 parts of a polymer resin, 4-8 parts of a solvent, and 28-34 parts of a conductive filler, wherein the polymer resin is a high-acid-value resin, and the acid value is in the range of 5-30 mg KOH/g. The metal composite ink of the present application has low resistivity and good conductivity, can be used in the manufacturing of a circuit on a circuit board, and can be directly welded with solder wires; and after welding, the strength of the resulting welding joint is high, same is not prone to peeling off, and the reliability thereof is excellent.
