Abstract:
This control device comprises a monitoring means that monitors a communication state in a network, and a determination means that, upon detection of a disconnection of any of cables included in the network, determines whether a communication slave connected to the cable the disconnection of which has been detected satisfies a cancel condition. The cancel condition includes a cable connected to an IN port of the communication slave of interest being disconnected, and a capability to receive a communication frame via an OUT port thereof. The control device comprises a management means that, if the cancel condition is satisfied, cancels a redundant configuration included in the network.
