Title:
CONTROL DEVICE FOR PLUG-IN HYBRID VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/192406
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention ensures the starting of a starter at the time of ignition and minimizes the progression of deterioration of a capacitor. A control device for a plug-in hybrid vehicle comprises a starter motor (1), a transverse engine (2), and a motor/generator (4) in a drive system, and is provided with the following as a power supply system: a high-power battery (21); a capacitor (23); and a hybrid control module (81) that controls the charging and discharging of the capacitor (23). In the control device for an FF plug-in hybrid vehicle that is capable of external charging of the high-power battery (21), the hybrid control module (81) starts the starter, performs mode selection control and charge/discharge control, maintains a capacitor voltage that is equal to or greater than a voltage (a) that allows the starter to start when a CD mode is selected at the time of ignition, and maintains a capacitor voltage that is equal to or less than a voltage (b) at which deterioration does not progress when a CS mode is selected at the time of ignition.
