Abstract:
A control device for pushing steel without clearance, the device comprising a guide column (1), a cylinder support (2), a push plate (3), a bakelite plate (4), a locking plate (5), a locking block (6), a bolt (7), a slider (8), a first spring (9), a left guide plate (10), a spring pressure plate (11), a spring guide column (12), a right guide plate (13), a bolt (14), a curved end surface (15), a support (16), a support roller (17), a support roller bearing (18), a bolt (19), a spacer ring (20), a bolt (21), a liner (22), a baffle (23) and a screw (24). Said solution solves the phenomena of damage to an actuator that is easily caused during 10mm pickling and coil unloading, and of core pulling and unwinding caused by the friction between a steel coil and a reel, and the solution also effectively controls the quality of a strip and steel plate while improving the coil unloading effect, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the yield rate.
