Abstract:
A control device (102) is equipped with: an input unit (1024) that receives playback mode inputs; a playback device determination unit (1022) that determines whether to play back content with a content playback device (101) or the control device (102) according to the playback mode; and a display unit (1023) that displays the content being played back. When the determination is that the content will be played back with the content playback device (101), the playback device determination unit (1022) transmits a playback instruction to the content playback device (101), and when the determination is that the content will be played back with the control device (102), the playback device determination unit displays on the display unit (1023) the content acquired from a server (103).
