Abstract:
In the construction of a charging/discharging control device that controls charging/discharging of a plurality of storage batteries that are positioned between a charging power source and a load, that are arranged in parallel and that supply current in respect of this load, individual charging/discharging control units (110j) that are arranged corresponding to the respective plurality of storage batteries comprise: a charging control section (111A) that controls charging of the corresponding storage battery; and a discharging control section (112) that controls discharging of this corresponding storage battery. Also, for this discharging control section (112) a construction is adopted comprising: a resistance section (R2) having a higher resistance value than the internal resistance value of this corresponding storage battery and that restricts the discharge current from this corresponding storage battery; and a rectifier section (D2) that blocks current from storage batteries other than this corresponding storage battery. By adopting this construction, the voltages from a plurality of storage batteries that are connected in parallel can be equalised and deterioration of the batteries can be suppressed.
