The present disclosure relates to the technical field of home automation/smart homes. Provided are a control instruction sending method, a control apparatus, a storage medium and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: receiving a speech request sent by a target object, and determining an intention query vector corresponding to the speech request; determining, in a pre-constructed intention knowledge graph, a speech intention corresponding to the intention query vector, wherein the intention knowledge graph is at least used for indicating an association relationship between target control instructions for a plurality of operating states and speech intentions; when the speech intention corresponding to the intention query vector is not found in the intention knowledge graph, performing intention recognition on the intention query vector by means of a target neural network model, so as to determine a target control instruction corresponding to the intention query vector; and sending the target control instruction to a target household appliance for executing the target control instruction.
