Abstract:
A nutritional composition for an Alzheimer's disease population or a high-risk population, prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 170-300 parts of proteinaceous substances; 85-250 parts of fatty substances; 450-770 parts of carbohydrate; 10-155 parts of dietary fiber substances; 1.2-3.5 parts of trace minerals; 47-180 parts of macro minerals; 2.0-8.3 parts of vitamins; 0.1-1.0 parts of taurine; 0.05-0.5 parts of L-carnitine; and 0.9-1.0 parts of lactoferrin. The composition is rich in high-quality animal and plant proteins, fatty acids, various vitamins, minerals and water-soluble dietary fibers, is easy to digest and absorb, has remarkable effects in improving the body function of an Alzheimer's disease population or a high-risk population and slowing down the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease, and is suitable for an Alzheimer's disease population or a high-risk population to eat.
