Disclosed in the present application are a control method for a fresh air device, and a fresh air device and a storage medium. The control method comprises: when a starting instruction for a strong mode or an odor removal mode is received, controlling a fresh air device to operate in a first operation state, wherein the first operation state comprises adjusting rotation speeds of a fresh air fan and an exhaust fan to preset target rotation speeds, and controlling a fresh air valve, an exhaust air valve and a bypass air valve to start an internal circulation mode; and when the fresh air device operating in the first operation state meets a first preset condition, controlling the fresh air device to operate in a second operation state, wherein the second operation state comprises controlling the fresh air valve, the exhaust air valve and the bypass air valve to switch to an external circulation mode.
