Abstract:
A rubber powder application device and method for grinding and polishing of a rhinestone, relating to the technical field of rhinestone machining. The device comprises a frame, a support (1) which is arranged on the frame and can move up and down, a lifting structure between the support (1) and the frame, a powder disc (2) on the support (1), a powder scraping structure (3) on the support (1), and a servo advancing and retreating structure between the support (1) and the powder disc (2), wherein the powder scraping structure (3) is fixed to the support (1), and the powder disc (2) can reciprocate back and forth on the support (1). During powder application, the servo advancing and retreating structure drives the powder disc (2) to step backwards from an initial position, and after each step, the lifting structure drives the powder disc (2) to reciprocate up and down one time so as to perform powder application, and at this point, the powder scraping structure (3) is in a flat scraping state; and after the powder has been applied for a predetermined number of times, the servo advancing and retreating structure drives the powder disc (2) to move forwards to the initial position, the powder scraping structure (3) moves from the front of the powder disc (2) to the rear of the powder disc (2), and at this point, the powder scraping structure (3) is in a powder pushing state. The powder scraping structure (3) does not move, and the powder disc (2) moves, so that flying dust during a powder application process can be reduced, and the amount of rubber powder used can be reduced.
