Abstract:
A control method for an intelligent electric scraper, comprising: mounting a camera at a scraper head part, acquiring a real-time road image in a mine hole by using the camera, and performing camera calibration on the acquired road image (S1); preprocessing the camera-calibrated road image, and identifying a road in the preprocessed road image by using a road identification algorithm (S2); constructing an intelligent control model of the scraper (S3); and optimizing the intelligent control model of the scraper by using a particle swarm algorithm to obtain an optimal intelligent control model of the scraper, performing driving control on the scraper by using the optimal intelligent control model of the scraper, and controlling energy consumption by using a motor energy-saving control method (S4). The road in the mine hole is identified, and the driving control and energy-saving control are performed on the scraper by utilizing the optimal intelligent control model of the scraper according to the identified road, such that the intelligent control of the scraper is realized, and mineral transportation is automatically carried out.
