A calibration method, a calibration device (M10), a calibration system, and a readable storage medium. The calibration method comprises: acquiring a point cloud obtained by a LIDAR (LS1) from a field of view, the point cloud being in a radar coordinate system (S11); acquiring a surveying and mapping point set obtained from the field of view by a surveying and mapping device (CH1), the surveying and mapping point set being in a surveying and mapping coordinate system (S12); on the basis of the point cloud and the surveying and mapping point set, determining a first conversion parameter between the radar coordinate system and the surveying and mapping coordinate system (S13); on the basis of the first conversion parameter and the pose information of the vehicle (CA1) in the surveying and mapping coordinate system (S14), determining a calibration parameter (S14) between the radar coordinate system and the vehicle coordinate system of the vehicle (CA1). Both the calibration efficiency and the calibration precision can be improved, and batch calibration is facilitated.
