Abstract:
A control rod drop time measurement method integrated with a rod position measurement device for measuring the rod drop time of each channel. The method comprises the following steps: S1, monitoring the voltage of an A group of coils, and capturing a rod drop signal; S2, searching a maximum value or local maximum value point (tmax, Vmax) of the rod drop speed; S3, backtracking from tmax to calculate a rod drop starting time point T4; S4, backtracking from the minimum value point of DROPref to search a time point T4 when it is reduced to 33%; and S5, calculating a point t6 of the rod drop speed of less than 0 from tmax to the back. According to the measurement method, signal switching in the test process can be canceled, the measurement and analysis automation level is improved, and nuclear reactor starting plan key path time occupied by rod drop time measurement is effectively reduced.
