Abstract:
An excimer lamp. The excimer lamp comprises: a fixing base; at least two lamp tubes (200), wherein the lamp tubes (200) are mounted on the fixing base; and an electrode assembly, which comprises a first electrode (311) and a second electrode (312), wherein the lamp tubes (200) are arranged between the first electrode (311) and the second electrode (312), the first electrode (311) and the second electrode (312) are arranged on two sides of the lamp tubes (200) and are opposite each other, and the first electrode (311) and the second electrode (312) are both in contact with the lamp tubes (200). The lamp tubes (200) are arranged between the first electrode (311) and the second electrode (312), such that the first electrode (311) and the second electrode (312) are powered on to rip through the lamp tubes (200) and bombard gas inside the lamp tubes (200) to emit ultraviolet light. The structure is simple and practical, and the excimer lamp can be easily assembled, thereby reducing production cost.
