Abstract:
A gas measurement control system comprises: sampling probes (1), a sample distribution unit (2), an analysis unit (3), and a control center (4). The sampling probes (1) are individually disposed at partitions of a cross-section of a gas channel outlet, and gas samples of each of the partitions continuously reach a distribution interface (21) of the sample distribution unit (2) via the sampling probes (1) at equal amounts and with the same timing. The sample distribution unit (2) divides the gas samples of each of the partitions into two portions, one portion being introduced into a partition rotating measurement sample group (23), and the other being introduced into a mixing device (22). A gas sample mixture is mixed sufficiently by the mixing device (22), and then continuously enters a mixture measurement analyzer (31). The gas samples of each partition sequentially enter, via the partition rotating measurement sample group (23), a rotating measurement analyzer (32) in accordance with a rotating measurement order. Specific parameters, such as a pipe length, a gas sample mixture flow amount, and a rotating measurement gas sample flow amount, are adjusted to ensure synchronization between partition rotating measurement and mixture measurement. The control center (4) comprises a controller (41) and a big data-artificial intelligence control module (42), wherein the sampling probes (1), the sample distribution unit (2), and the analysis unit (3) are connected to the controller (41) for control, and the big data-artificial intelligence control module (42) uses mixture measurement values as synchronization reference values to evaluate rotating measurement values of the partitions, thereby achieving partitioned optimization control, and realizing overall quantity optimization control by using the mixture measurement values as a control objective.
