Abstract:
A chemical raw material crushing and refining device, relating to the technical field of chemical engineering. The chemical raw material crushing and refining device comprises a crushing box (1), a plurality of pairs of crushing blades (3) are fixed on the side wall of a driven shaft (2) at equal intervals, a lifting mechanism for driving a bearing net plate (4) to vertically ascend and descend is arranged on the crushing box (1), a crushing mechanism for impacting and crushing chemical raw materials is arranged on the lifting mechanism, and a discharging hopper (6) is vertically mounted at the bottom of the crushing box (1). Based on the crushing and refining device, rotation of the driven shaft (2) and a driving shaft (16) are realized by means of a transmission mechanism, the driven shaft (2) drives the crushing blades (3) to rotate and crush the chemical raw materials; by arranging the lifting mechanism, the materials can realize vertical repeated circulation, and in the circulating process, under repeated cutting and crushing effects of the crushing blades (3), the arranged lifting mechanism can drive the bearing net plate (4) to vibrate up and down to promote a turning effect of the raw materials, and the raw material crushing effect is more complete; and an arranged extrusion block (5) can repeatedly impact and crush the chemical raw materials, thereby improving the refining efficiency of the raw materials.
