Abstract:
A controllable power generation device for a bicycle. At least one group of generators are disposed in left and right hubs (1, 2). The generator comprises a stator (7) and two rotors (6). Each stator comprises a coil set (70) formed by annularly distributed multiple coils (71). The coils are connected in a star shape or a triangle shape and then are connected to a control circuit. Each rotor comprises a magnet set (60) formed by annularly distributed multiple magnets (61). An air gap is arranged between a plane where two magnet sets are located and a plane where the coil set is located. Because the coil set forming the stator does not have an iron core, the rotation resistance does not exist between the magnetized iron core and the magnet sets, and the electromagnetism resistance does not exist between the coil sets and the magnet sets because a closed loop is not formed when the coil sets and the magnet sets perform electromagnetism cutting movement, and accordingly the load for riding is not increased. When the coil sets and the control circuit form a loop, power can be output. The power can be selectively generated, and additional resistance is not generated and riding load is not increased in a state in which power is not generated, thereby improving the riding pleasure.
