Abstract:
An interposition member is placed between a stationary member body and a rockable
support member. Also, an interposed enlargement section is provided at the interposition
member, and when the interposition member is placed such that the interposed
enlargement section is in contact with a rounded contact section of the stationary
member body, the distance between the stationary member body and the rockable
support member is forcibly increased to separate a pressing roller from a conveyance
roller. The pressing mechanism can appropriately and optimally remove wrinkles
occurred in a recording material on which printing and recording are made.
