Abstract:
The present invention provides a conveyor-type food manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing plate-shaped foods consecutively by pressing and heating a batter at the same time. To this end, the present invention has: a fixed conveyor part circulating a steel sheet belt in a heated state; and an elevating conveyor part which circulates a steel sheet belt in a heated state, is provided above the fixed conveyor part so as to elevate, and presses and heats a batter, being input therebetween, to consecutively manufacture plate-shaped foods. Also, the elevating conveyor part has installed thereon a vibrator for vibrating the steel sheet belt during a pressing operation. According to said technical features, by pressing and heating the batter at the same time, the plate-shaped foods can be manufactured consecutively, and, by pressing and heating the batter at the same time and applying vibration, not only is vapor easily discharged, but the texture of the batter also becomes dense in order to obtain a chewy texture. And the elevating conveyor part elevates intermittently during the pressing operation to prevent an overload due to an adhesion between the batter and the steel sheet belt.
