Abstract:
Lids for a conventional cooker for fish double-side grilling using an electric heater as a heat source have hinges integrally connected with a container body and are kept open in an upright state, and such a cooker has been used mainly as a fish grill. When cooking on a dining table, there was a problem in that these lids in an open state become obstructive because the lids cannot be easily removed from the container body. As a solution to the problem, the lids may be provided separately from the hinges instead of being integrally connected with the hinges, and the opened lids may be housed on the lower side of the base serving as the frame of the container or in a lid housing space provided at side surfaces, so that the lids are no longer obstructions. According to the solution, the cooker can be used not only as a fish grill but also as a barbecue roaster or a multi-purpose versatile function grill.
