Abstract:
A cooking device (100) comprises: an accommodation chamber (8) that accommodates foodstuff; a pressure control unit (7) that controls the pressure in the accommodation chamber; a temperature control unit (10) that controls the temperature in the accommodation chamber; an enzyme accommodating portion that accommodates an enzyme (200) for preparing the food; a preparing means for preparing an enzyme solution (50) containing the enzyme upon receiving the enzyme sent thereto from the enzyme accommodating portion; and an enzyme introducing portion for introducing the prepared enzyme solution into the accommodation chamber.
